• Travel arrangements and book accommodations
• Respond to emails and phone calls
• Schedule meetings
• Manage contact lists
• Create customer spreadsheets
• Do market research
• Create presentations
• Provide customer service as an initial point of contact
• Ad hoc tasks

VA Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Organizational skills
• Time management skills
• Knowledge of word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Can work in a flexible schedule
• Phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• A Tech Savvy person

Equipment Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Webcam
• Computer with a minimum of 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
• Internet Connection Speed of least 25 Mbps wired connection and
• A backup Internet Service Speed of at least 10 Mbps
